Muy resumido los puntos son:&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;No sigáis con la primera idea&lt;/b&gt;: Haced varios prototipos para varias ideas y luego elegir, no elijáis primero y hagáis un prototipo para luego seguir con esa idea hasta el final.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Plantead una buena pregunta a responder por el prototipo&lt;/b&gt;: el prototipo tiene que responder algo respondible como dudas tecnológicas, dudas visuales, dudas de usabilidad...&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Que no os lleve demasiado tiempo&lt;/b&gt;: evidentemente acorde a la magnitud del proyecto, pero tiene que ser algo rápido.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;No hagáis el juego entero&lt;/b&gt;: hay que hacer sólo aquello que te lleve a despejar las dudas.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;Os recomiendo la lectura del &lt;a href="http://gamesfromwithin.com/prototyping-youre-probably-doing-it-wrong"&gt;artículo&lt;/a&gt; completo que tiene muchos detalles interesantes, como el final. Algo que sea interesante, fácil de entender y jugar uno sólo.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Continúa rápido. Sácalo y empieza a aprender. Saca cosas nuevas rápido, aunque sean pequeñas.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Testea todo. Tienes a gente jugando, haz pruebas rápidas. Haz varias versiones.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Coge ideas de la comunidad, propón algunas en votación y... ¡hazlas!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Añade profundidad. Haz algo fácil de jugar y difícil de "completar". Conviértelo en servicio.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Dirige el juego al público objetivo. Si te gusta a ti, mejor aún. Gracias a &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;FicodTV&lt;/span&gt; he podido verla en un rato y os lo aconsejo a todos también.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lo que nos comenta el profesor&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt; Boyle&lt;/span&gt; son diversos datos sobre los sistemas abiertos y cerrados  con los que lograr superar lo que él denomina como &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;"Agorafobia Cultural"&lt;/span&gt;: Básicamente, ver cláramente los problemas de los sistemas abiertos y no sus puntos fuertes y vice versa con los sistemas cerrados, proteccionistas y controlados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Algunos puntos interesantes que destaco (aunque, como digo, os recomiendo ver la conferencia completa):&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Boyle nos habla de &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Loss Aversion&lt;/span&gt;,  de cómo tenemos más miedo a lamentarnos por perder cosas que ya tenemos, que a no conseguir cosas nuevas.&lt;br /&gt;-Según &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Boyle&lt;/span&gt;, la compañía con más patentes del mundo, &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;IBM&lt;/span&gt;, obtiene el doble de los beneficios vía software libre que a través de sus patentes.&lt;br /&gt;-Cuando se introdujeron las grabadoras de cintas de video, la industria cinematográfica pensó que les destruiría y trataron de que fuese ilegal. Por la falta de este tipo de cosas he dejado de comprar bastantes juegos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Algunos interesantes consejos son:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;No hagas que el jugador tenga que empezar desde el principio para cambiar la dificultad.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Intenta hacer algo cuando el jugador se encuentre atascado.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Haz que el jugador pueda calcular la dificultad para saber si es la que le interesa,&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cuantas más cosas puedas ajustar, mejor. Fue programado en 1958 y por tanto, de eso hace ya 50 años.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por supuesto, pasaron varios años hasta que se empezaron a producir videojuegos de forma constante y con objetivos económicos. Pasando por la creación de algún videojuego cada ciertos años, a la producción de varios juegos por año, la industria de los videojuegos se consolidó en los años ochenta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Qué viejos son ya los videojuegos ¿No?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nada de eso. de &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Apple&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lo más interesante de todo son las ventas del &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;App &lt;/span&gt;más vendido (un videojugo):&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Juego: &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Super Monkey Ball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Descargas: 300.000&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Beneficios netos: $2 millones+&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Precio del juego: $9.99&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Lo segundo más interesante es que el resto de &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Apps &lt;/span&gt;se han repartido $28 millones.&lt;br /&gt;Sí, son muchas &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Apps&lt;/span&gt; las que ya han salido al mercado. la gente esperará mucho más que eso.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Para hacer algo único o de verdad muy superior, hay que pensar en intentar hacer lo mejor del mundo.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Para tener éxito en la Industria hay que hacer juegos que tengan una diversión única. al director ejecutivo de &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;Ubisoft&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="font-style: italic;" class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;Alain&lt;/span&gt; que es el gobierno de Marruecos el que sí ha sabido aprovechar la ocasión y conseguir un acuerdo con &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;Ubisoft&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; que incrementará en 150 trabajadores su estudio en &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;Casablanca&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Que, a día de hoy, el mercado de ocio que genera más beneficios es el de los &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;videojuegos&lt;/span&gt;, superando al cine (uniendo ingresos en taquilla y consumo en el hogar) y la música por separado, es algo que ya nadie duda.&lt;br /&gt;Manteniendo un incremento exponencial (a diferencia de los otros mercados mencionados, estancados), con un consumo en&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt; 2006&lt;/span&gt; de 967 millones de euros en España, un 12% más que el año anterior según &lt;a href="http://www.adese.es/"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;ADESE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, nadie debería dudar que en poco tiempo superará ampliamente a los demás en conjunto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Y mientras tanto el Ministerio de Industria aún está planteándose cuáles son las mejores fórmulas para incentivar el mercado del cine, sin tan siquiera pensar de manera madura en el sector del ocio electrónico, cuando nos informa la Agencia &lt;a href="http://www.efe.com/"&gt;EFE&lt;/a&gt; algunos fragmentos referentes a su opinión sobre el estado del negocio de los &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;videojuegos&lt;/span&gt; para móviles y los juegos para '&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;casuals&lt;/span&gt;'.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.popcap.com/"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;PopCap&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;Games&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; son los creadores del famoso juego de &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;puzles&lt;/span&gt; o los móviles. Cifra inferior a nivel mundial.&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Entre 20 y 30 juegos abarcan el 50% de las ventas.&lt;/li&gt;   &lt;li&gt;Algunos países tienen subvenciones del 30%-60% del total de la inversión.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Comentó el representante del Ministerio que consideraba que las posibles ayudas al desarrollo estarían dentro del campo del I+D y por lo tanto, en mi opinión, van a ser núlas o casi despreciables si tenemos en cuenta la diferencia de gasto en I+D que existe en España en comparación con otros países de Europa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Además se hizo referencia a cómo juegos con un coste de desarrollo muy inferior a la media, puede retribuir tantos beneficios o más que un juego de varios millones de euros. En este sentido, comentar la necesidad de un medio para dar a conocer al mundo títulos de gran ingenio y creatividad, de los cuales estamos acostumbrados a ver en el software patrio, de la misma forma que pequeños estudios japoneses tienen para publicar sus juegos en consolas de bajo coste de desarrollo y alto beneficio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;También se hizo incapié en la falta de experiencia, que sólo una industria consolidada, como puede ser la del Reino Unido, puede ofrecer. En España no se puede pensar ni en requerirla para entrar a trabajar debido a la falta de empresas en las que se pueda haber adquirido, que en la misma que se planea formar parte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sobre que actividades como la localización de videojuegos en EA España puedan trasladarse a países del este, personalmente, espero y considero que simplemente se tratara de un apunte de cara a poder promover el que el Ministerio ofrezca algunas de las ayudas que ya se dan en nuestros países vecinos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Una vez más se insistió en la nula inversión que se produce en videojuego debido a su alto riesgo de producción.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Como apunte final, recordar algunos datos que se dieron en el S2e del año 2003, en la mesa redonda "Desarrollo de videojuegos en España: pasado, presente y futuro.
